About Us

At Redox Longevity, we believe that vibrant health isn’t just about adding years to your life it’s about adding life to your years.

Fred Herbert has spent a lifetime as a business consultant, helping organizations streamline processes and achieve excellence. But when it comes to health and longevity, he realized that the most important project of all was his own well-being. Alongside his wife, Tracy Herbert recognized health and wellness expert and endurance athlete, Fred has dedicated himself to uncovering science-backed strategies for living longer, stronger, and healthier.

One of the biggest breakthroughs on his personal health journey was when his wife Tracy learned about redox signaling molecules (RSM). Five years ago, he was a skeptic. But after experiencing the profound impact of RSM on his energy, recovery, and overall vitality, he knew he had found something that could change lives. Now, at 70+ years young, Fred keeps up with family and friends half his age, enjoying the freedom of movement, mental clarity, and endurance that many people assume is lost with age.

This passion led him to coauthor the book Longevity Codes and cofound The Longevity Movement with Tracy. Together, they are on a mission to empower others with the knowledge and tools to reverse the effects of aging, optimize cellular health, and unlock their full potential.

Whether you’re here to learn about redox signaling molecules, longevity strategies, or practical ways to thrive at any age, we’re excited to be on this journey with you. Because true health isn’t just about avoiding disease it’s about living with energy, purpose, and joy every single day.

Welcome to Redox Longevity, where living younger, longer is more than just a goal. It’s a way of life.

Tracy’s RSM Discovery: The Missing Piece for Recovery

After completing her solo bicycle ride across the U.S. grueling journey from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Brooklyn Bridge, Tracy knew firsthand the toll endurance challenges take on the body. Despite years of training and a deep understanding of nutrition and recovery, she still felt the lingering effects of extreme physical exertion.

That’s when she first learned about redox signaling molecules (RSM). Skeptical but curious, she decided to give them a try and the results were undeniable. Tracy experienced faster recovery, better endurance, and improved overall resilience, allowing her to continue pushing her limits without feeling worn down.

Now, she won’t go a day without her daily dose of RSM. Whether it’s maintaining peak fitness, speeding up recovery, or simply feeling her best, RSM has become a non-negotiable part of her health and longevity strategy. For Tracy, it’s not just about staying active it’s about thriving at every stage of life.
